Project Offer — April 2026
A server-side integration connecting Clock PMS and Poster POS into one automated flow. No manual data entry. No missed charges. Full visibility.
Clock manages rooms and guest billing. Poster manages the restaurant and bar. They don't talk to each other. Every check-in means manual data entry into Poster. Every checkout means 10–15 minutes of copying charges line by line onto the Clock bill. Mistakes happen — missed items, wrong amounts — and nobody notices until the guest complains, or doesn't.
When a booking is created in Clock, the Bridge creates the guest in Poster automatically. Name, room, dates — all synced instantly. Handles duplicates. Handles retries. Staff does nothing.
The Bridge tracks all restaurant and bar orders in real time. On checkout, it compiles a complete, itemized report and posts every charge to the guest's Clock folio automatically. No lump sums — every meal listed separately with the correct revenue category.
A password-protected web dashboard showing live activity, guest overview, detailed meal history per guest, an error queue with one-click retry, and charge mapping settings. Available at bridge.fitkoh.app.
A documented REST API with interactive documentation — the data backbone for future reporting, analytics dashboards, and third-party integrations.
